We are very spoiled as we usually go to Disney in late November or late January (no crowds, great weather).

What can we expect as far as crowds...are they really THAT bad? What about the humidity and bugs?

Any info would be really appreciated!

Just got back from 9 days there. It was hot and humid the first four days (but not as bad as it had been in May!), then LOVELY. Today was 80ish, with a nice cool breeze at AKL. I sat in the shade by the pool and was in heaven. If this weather pattern continues, you'll be very happy.

Crowds were bad over columbus day, then heavier than I like (not December or February crowds), but not too bad. Posted wait times were all over the map!

Clutter is right about the wait times. Some rides had a 40 minute wait time while others only 10. It was strange. They were slow with changing the signs too. The sign would say thirty minute wait but we would get on in ten.But others it would say twenty minute wait and we would still be standing there at thirty minutes.
As for the weather I am from Arizona where it is still in the 100s so I thought the weather was awesome. I ended wearing a jacket on a couple of days.
