I was wondering how bad the crowds could be on June 11-17. I am used to going during the off season, so I know that the crowds will be bigger, but I'm hoping that maybe the summer crowds may have not kicked in yet if I go in the second week of June. Any help on crowd size would be appreciated! :earsboy:

Well, WDW will be in full swing, very busy and crowded.
Do not be discouraged, because 1. Disney can handle crowds.
2. You will have a ball any time you go. 3. The parks will have
later hours.
I have been in June and we had a blast, use fast pass, and have
a plan, enjoy.

We've been to Disney several times in Jun, usually the first or second week. It does get busy, but not unmanagable. We arrive at opening and get in the rides we love first. And definately use fastpass as much as possible. We always try to have at least one, if not 2 at a time. (In fact at Epcot, we head straight for Soarin and ride it, then as we get off,we grab a fastpass so we can be sure and go again later, then we head to Test Track and ride it. That way we have 2 of our favorite rides done in about 45 minutes!!!) Just pay attention to the bottom of the fastpass that says when you are eligible to get another one and do it!!! We always take a mid-afternoon break to swim, then go to dinner and back to a park or to DTD...This works for us and we love going in June. :goodvibes

Your fastpass will have a one hour period in which you can use it, say 11:00 - 12:00. Once 11:00 has passed by a minute or 2, you can get another fastpass even before using your other one. Look at the bottom of your fastpass and it will say "Another fastpass will be available after 11:03" or something simular to that. We did this at every park in June and we always had one, if not 2 fastpasses. Worked great for us even though it was pretty busy. :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

We went in June (party of 9) and yes it was crowded....but not unbearable. The crowds don't really get bad until after 11 or so so be there early and you can get a lot done....use FP alot...you just have to get them early because they run out quicker.
