Does anyone have any reports on how crowded Disneyland & California Adventure were this past week (Monday August 23rd thru Friday August 27th)?

It has not been bad Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I should be there tomorrow to fill in the blanks. So far, seemed actually less busy than the previous week.

Monday wasn't bad at all. Sunday was more crowded but we rode all the major rides that day in both parks. Just have a plan on the weekends. During the week it was very pleasent.

Hi monami7 ~ just wanted to say I love your girls names *especially Lilly ~ I have a Lilly as well, she always telling people "My name is spelled like silly" :goodvibes

We have been here all week and it has been surprisingly uncrowded. The only long wait times are the water rides because of how hot it has been. Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion and Pirates have all been 10 minutes or less - same is true for Screamin. The walk ways are surprisingly light and it is easy to walk down the street and sidewalks. Space Mountain has been 15 - 45 minute wait, depending on the time of day. But all in all VERY manageable.

Today it has been much cooler....and supposed to be coolish by the weekend. It was super hot early in the week - maybe that helped keep the crowds low?

It's been a great week! Today (friday) has been busier, we were at ToonTown around midday and there was a 45 minute wait for Roger Rabbit. Now I finally understand why that ride has a Fp.

Everything else including space mountain and splash seemed to be about 25 minutes.

Cross the street to DCA and the longest wait we had to do was for TSMM for about 30 minutes. We had Fp for Soarin' & Grizzly but I remember they both had about 25 minutes wait.

A lot of Southern California school districts started back this week, and with the insane heat, I'm not surprised that even with the SoCal Select AP blockout being lifted, it wasn't too busy.

My son started kindergarten on Wednesday and DLR was the last thing on my mind!

Just got home. Was a great day and pretty light. I guess the predicted crowds never showed up.
