I know they aren't always reliable and accurate, but can anyone tell me what the crowds are like Mar 20-25?

I'm thinking hte 9am opening time is lulling me into a false sense of security because when I'm double checking flights/hotels - everything is booked or very expensive now!

Busy. Annual passes are blocked on weekends starting next week. Spring break schedules starting to take effect.

National cheerleading competition is at the convention center march 22-24. good luck (you'll need it). <http://www.usacamps.com/>

Luckily we did Spring Break in 2012 and found it quite manageable by getting there for rope drop every day, taking breaks when too busy, and returning later. Hopefully the same works this time.

Edited: just checked the ap blackout calendar and it looks like only Saturday (except for SoCalSelect which is Sat/Sun) will be blocked out and that's already our "no park day"!

Not completely reliable. But TouringPlans has those days rated as 8 or 9 out of ten. Be ready for crowds and get there early and you'll have a great time.

If a lot of passes are blocked on Saturday, it could be a good day to go. Reports from prior summers have shown Saturdays being better than Sunday because of the Deluxe AP block in place. Plus, assuming the park is open late on Friday and opens early on Saturday, that Saturday morning could be very pleasant. We experienced just that on the tail end of our trip during President's week. Just a couple things to consider when planning out your days.

I am going this saturday because my annual pass will be blocked on Saturdays until end of August. I've been to Disney many times on Saturdays and Sundays and they are pretty equal during the day. Saturday night is definitely busier than Sundays though.

I find that Disney is mostly do able on busy days because the fast pass system works great and its not crowded in the mornings
