Crowd predictions for next week (Nov 13 - 20)

Anybody have any predictions about what the crowd level might be next week?

The UG pretty much rates every park for every day as very light. Does anybody think this is wrong?

Would anybody rescheduling due to the hurricanes have rescheduled to next week?

Hi there! We are leaving NJ tomorrow and will arrive Saturday. We were in WDW this same week last year and the crowds were fine. So was the weather, so here's hoping for a repeat this year!

You should be fine - WDW has not changed that week schedule.

I think weekdays should be good. Weekends should be busy. This weekend we have the last weekend of Food & Wine, Super Soap Weekend, and nice weather. Next weekend we have the early Thanksgiving crowd, and the Florida Classic crowd.

It should still be pretty light except for all you Soap crazies

I'm guessing MGM will hit capacity this weekend.

I do plan on going to Epcot on Sunday for the F & W festival. I've never been and this is my last opportunity this year so we're going to tough it out.

Why does WDW not changing the schedule (I'm assuming you mean the operating hours) mean that it most likely won't be crowded? Would WDW change the park hours at the last minute due to attendance? So, if I see the park closining time get stretched to 11pm, I should expect it to be crowded?

this week they changed Thanksgiving week- made it go to midnight (had been 10pm)

last year they changed March - made in shorter was 11:00pm I think it went to 10Pm


so yes WDW does change at the last minute - someone says they do a survery of the local hotels and based their closing on those numbers.

From what I have been reading etc... this is what we are hoping.... It should be good monday through fri. Then the should start getting more crowded. WDW also changed the hours starting over that weekend so they must be expecting big crowds also. We are getting there monday and staying a week so I hope this is true.... I guess we will all see!!!!

I am one of those "crazies", haha. Anyway, so you think crowds will be pretty light at the other parks? I am going solo to MGM for my soap stuff but am hoping for nice light crowds at the
others for dd4 and dd1.

I arrive Wed(17th) night. And leave Monday(22nd) morning. I plan of doing MK on Thurs so hopefully it won't be too crowded.

A second MK Spectromagic Parade was recently added for 10pm on Saturday night, Nov. 20th:

I've read that this is done in anticipation of crowd levels. The fact that MK is open till midnight starting on 11/21 should tell you everything you need to know about when the crowds are expected to hit.

A friend e-mailed me last night, they have been there since Saturday. She said it's been very crowded, especially MK & AK.
