Crowd Pictures!

Thanks for sharing!

There is something about seeing crowd pictures in that part of Tomorrowland that always makes me feel claustrophobic.

That's crazy! I couldn't deal with crowds at that level. Reminder to self to never go during July.

We go in early Aug each year and I though THAT was crowded. These pictures make the parks when we go look like a ghost town!

Thank you for the pictures. I feel so fortunate not to be tied to school schedules anymore. I am short (5'1") and would have a lovely view of the shoulders of the persons in front of me. It makes me very claustrophobic.

Yep July 3rd morning was a ghost town too. Rode rides multiple times walking through with no wait. By noon when heading out it was a different story.:scared1: still had a wonderful time every day:thumbsup2

And this is why we always go in late October/early November. I can't imagine trying to walk through any park, let alone MK, in those crowds.

Us as well. We went one year in May, and the heat and crowds were terrible. Since then we always go in the fall.

Here is a comparison I did on July 5th. The top picture is around 8:15am (we had early CP reservations) and the bottom picture is after lunch as we were leaving! We had a great week despite the crowds....we arrived early and got a lot done, left and came back in the evenings.

Having only been in September and January, I can't EVER imagine going at such a busy time! Wow! Glad you still had fun though.

Like most DISers I am savvy enough to maneuver and tour around crowds like that. But crowds AND heat AND premium pricing as a triple-threat combo doesn't interest me.

We always go either during the summer, or Christmas, so that crowd level looks normal to me. After our trip last summer, O just don't think I can do the summer heat anymore. So, we've going this Christmas. I know the crowds are crazy, but at least it's not terribly hot. Not only do I have two kids in school, I work for the school system. I would love to be able to go during a slower period. I see people talk about free dining, but I can't go then. We are considering maybe going over spring break at some point in the future.

I've got a couple of reports coming but here is one from the night of July 3.

Here are just a couple "highlight" that I quickly found in my album.

All in all, I still had a blast and would do it again in a heartbeat.

For a comparison here is the same spot Memorial weekend:
library

the pics remind me of when the parade/fireworks are done in the evening and everyone is heading out, but to have that all day??? just crazy.
