I am helping a friend plan her thanksgiving week trip and am making my very type a color coded calendar for her. I consulted Kenny the Pirate's and UnderCover Tourist's calendars and a few of the days they are in total conflict with one another. For our early March trip I used UT, but crowds were fairly low anyway and I didn't consult other calendars. I'd love some input on which one is usually the most accurate! Thanks!

I don't think much is going to be accurate. I was looking at July of this summer, about 3 months from now, and everything seems wrong. I don't think Disney has released the real schedules with the proper EMH days. The crowd sites can only base things off what Disney's schedule says. If Disney's calendar is wrong, then they are going to be wrong too:(

I looked there too, he hasn't posted Nov 2016 yet :sad1:
He's posted a preliminary one: http://www.easywdw.com/easy/blog/november-2016-preliminary-crowd-calendar/

The problem is that the calendar Disney released does not list any nighttime entertainment, except for Illuminations. It's hard to make park recommendations without knowing on which nights MSEP/Wishes and Fantasmic will be shown, especially at MK due to some nights being MVMCP. AK is also still listed as closing at 5pm every night, but presumably it will be open later since the nighttime things there start this summer.

Last four trips we planned based on easywdw crowd predicitions/suggestions and am very happy with the results. As others have mentioned, check regularly for updates as you get closer to your trip, because changes will be made, and events added as Disney updates their schedules.

Even Josh states that everything is in flux right now. Although he did post his November calendar the other day he states in his October calendar blog that he will not do daily detail until more is known about RoL, Soarin', Frozen Ever After, and nighttime entertainment.'
As PP stated, Disney's calendars are in flux and they are releasing nighttime entertainment schedules long after the hours - which change anyway.
Bottom line: Nothing is accurate and you need to count on heavy crowds year round

Unfortunately the crowd calendars are pretty much useless now. Staff cuts are making recommended parks have insanely long lines because they are running attractions like Star Tours at 1/3 capacity.

I am waiting for WDW calendar and then will look at Josh's. Even when the official calendar is posted you can count on changes being made as the time gets closer. Park hours will be extended unless Disney uses that time for the am/pm paid admission tickets. I am particularly wondering about the extra pm paid hours since there are no parties Thanksgiving week.

Throw free dining up to 11/21 check in as is being rumored and all bets are off.

As others have said, I am expecting it to be a very very crowded week.

Another vote for don't bother with crowd calendars. The crowds are increasing every year due to many factors, just plan your days around EMH (use early EMH if staying on property and maybe avoid early EMH if not) use drop rope, plan what's best for the group. Right now it's way to early for November and things will likely change, a lot.

Ya. So true.
