Crossroads - House of Blues

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't get search to work for me this morning. How far in advance can you book a reservation at House of Blues? I know it's a lot shorter window than the 180. Also, when you are in the booking window, do you have a better chance of getting a reservation by calling them directly or going through WDW? Thanks.
