Crossing the border in Buffalo on Black Friday

Can anybody share your experiences with crossing the border at the Peace Bridge on Black Friday? What time of day did you cross and what were the wait times like? Thanks!

It is a nightmare early in the morning, but hubby and I went last year around 11 am and there was little to no wait - everyone was already at the malls, and good luck finding a parking spot! Lots of parking at Walmart and Target though!
