Crocs Scutes - Where to Buy?

I tried on both the Cayman style and the Athens style, and they both seem to run quite large. I usually wear size 8.5 or 9 shoes, but the 8 in the Crocs fit me just how they say they're supposed to. I just ordered size 8 Niles in khaki.

OMGosh! I went to Crocs.com and to the other websites mentioned and all of the lime/black Scutes are backordered. Darn it.

I really, really want these and had dropped a billion hints to DH for my b-day which is TOMORROW - AND NO DELIVERIES FROM CROCS. He says he wouldn't know which size or color, etc. (even though this info was included in my hinting - I am nothing if not thorough) Anyways, looks as if I will be ordering them myself. I have had a hard time finding Scutes on websites and the local Dick's store that carries Crocs only have the Athens and a closed toe style. I usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 (9 1/2 now while pregnant) so I went there to test sizes and in those two types, the 9 fit better. The 10 was huge. So I think I will go with the 9 when I order, and will likely order from the Crocs site itself.

So I guess I owe the DH an apology - boy did he keep this secret well, especially with all his excuses about why I WASN'T getting these for my birthday. He actually gave me the Scutes . He found them at Dillards MENS SECTION. He said that the salesperson in Women's was clueless and told him Dillards doesn't carry the Scutes at all, so he decided to check in Men's and found them. He got me size 9 in the brown/khaki combo. I went to Dillards today to double check size and look at other colors. Their selection was limited - the 9s are good (especially since my feet are a bit swollen these days so they will probably fit better after I have this baby). They only had the black/red and navy/pearl as other options. So I stuck with my 9 brown/khaki pair. They are pretty comfy - so far I have only worn them around the house. The footbed is very cushy.
