This may not be the right place for this but I have seen several threads on wearing crocs to the parks so I figured I'd start here.
I bought my Crocs from www.crocs.com in March. A while later they called to say that they were out of stock, did I want to wait? I said yes. Then a couple months after that they called to say they were switching from S-M-L to sizes and needed my size. Fine. I was buying them for my Sept trip so I didn't mind the wait. Well I finally got them last week (yes, I said last week!) and they are way too big.
Now I need an RA# to return them, I emailed them over the weekend and got no response. I emailed them again today as a reminder. Is this normal for them? It seems like poor customer service.

Has anyone else had better luck purchasing and returning their Crocs?

Where did you buy them from? I have bought from Taylor shoes 3x on-line and have NEVER had a problem. Maybe you could try there??

So sorry this happened. I ordered mine from crocs.com and they arrived 6 days later. My whole family wore them everyday in the parks and loved them. I hope you get it worked out cuz they are great.

Here is a little pixie dust for you!!!!!

I had a problem w/my Crocs (strap broke after only a short time wearing them) and the customer service was very poor  I got voice mail after voice mail.

After awhile, I just stated my problem on one of the voice mails. They mailed me new clasps to repair my strap.

I like the shoes, but the customer service was lacking.

Good luck!

I havne't had the best experinces with crocs.com either. I did the same thing, ordered a pair in April, they never came. I tried to contact them by email and phone and had a hard time. Finally I did get through to someone and they were helpful. I think the managment is smaller then they demand. I had found a different pair at at local store and got them. However the other never came. Finally last month I got an email stateing that my order had timed out of their system and if I like them I could order it again with a coupon code for $10 off (pm me if you want it.)

I then had a very had time getting the internet to place my order (a pair for my DD and niece) They didn't have the kind I wanted. :guilty:

I had to call them to get the order placed, and then it took a few times to actually get a person to help me. When I did get someone she was very nice. It is a mater of luck (like finding a good CM at WDW) call back until you get one.

Good luck.

I bought my Croc's from Dillards.com, but I emailed Crocs several times and they never responded. I finally called the customer service line, and the person I spoke with did not impress me. I think the shoes rock, but they really need to work on the customer service aspect of their business, IMHO.

It took me a couple of phone calls to them to get the return information I needed.

FWIW, I wear a size 8-8.5 shoe, and I ordered my Niles in a 9.

Thanks for the offer!!! I just sent you a PM :goodvibes :sunny: :cool1:

Interesting. Sounds like I'm going to have to be aggressive. Of course they only give you 60 days to return them (it's only been a couple weeks).

I got mine at Ramsey Outdoor Stores in NJ - they do mail order - the price was about half what the manufacturer sells them for. West Marine also sells them (by mail order as well) if you have either of those stores near you...
