Crocs or Not?

I have a question about crocs at wdw. This may be stupid but here it goes.

It rains almost everyday at wdw. Don't your feet get wet in those crocs.
I know you can put on dry socs.., but what about puddles of water. Won't you have to keep changing your socs. I also know that you can wear them without socs, but most everybody is saying wear them with socs so you won't hurt the back of your feet. Also, can't you get blisters from walking around in wet shoes and socs.

Just wanted to know if this was a problem for anyone, and if so what they did to fix it.

Thanks
Steph

OK, I'm convinced I need crocs on our next trip. Problem though--I have short wide feet & wear compression hosiery because of blood clots. Will this make a difference in slip/slide issues? My New Balance walking shoes are a size 8 1/2Wide; what size would be the best choice? I'm also Pooh sized.

The first time we were at WDW I just wore my new walking shoes (think they were Nike) & didn't have blisters or sore feet. Just very tired feet & legs. I did wear the shoes for a couple weeks first too.

Thanks for any suggestions.

One trick that I have done for tired and aching legs is to put icy-hot on my legs when I'm getting dressed in the morning... before we get to the park. This keeps my legs from ever aching in the first place. It's never failed me yet. You smell like icy-hot only for a small amount of time. I'm sure ben-gay or asper cream(something that doesn't smell) would work to. I think that I may try it on my feet as well next time. Hope it works for you
