Crocs - Oh My Word!!!!!

Hi Sammie

Where do you order them from in the US please ?

I wasn't aware that any of the US sites would ship to the UK :confused3

Here's the link to an Australian site that several of us have used:

http://www.indulgefashion.com.au/departments/for-women/productpage.ac?subaction=seed&id=218432&EONE_Track_ID=GETPRICES_COM_AU&utm_source=Get+Price&utm_medium=Product+CPC&utm_campaign=getPrice+CPC+Campaign&utm_content=croc-flip-f&utm_term=Croc%20Athens%20Flip-Flop%20(Women's)

There are several UK sites but the prices are more expensive than buying in the US :sunny:

Just noticed you need to copy and paste the link - sorry ;)

I have noticed that they only come in full sizes. For those of you that wear half-sizes (I am a 7 1/2) - do you normally go up to the size above you, or down to the smaller size? :confused3

Just curious...I didn't know if they ran small or big, and was debating on ordering a 7 or an 8!

Thanks!

Just watch the sizes.

I'm a UK 7 1/2 but bought a US size 9-womens.
Think this runs at a Medium :thumbsup2

I've just ordered a black size 8 pair from ebay.
;)
SHhhhh Dont tell DH :lmao:

Have to agree that are the most comfortable footwear ever!
I did promise DD I would not wear them with socks though I don`t see why not  . We found the sizes small, I bought a UK size 8 and DD bought size 9 which are a bit tight but they said in the shop they will stretch.
I think croc wearing is getting to be a "secret society" I was in Wales last week, 300 miles from homes and wearing my crocs, a girl walked towards me wreathed in smiles - than I noticed she was wearing crocs too :teeth:

Im a UK 9 and I ordered a large, fits great

I have a pair of aspens in green and fuschia, and in the beach I have turqoise, black, purple, and I have the athens in blue too

I buckled under the pressure and bought a pair of pink beach mules. I got them for a great price as I only have size 4 feet.

I have the Athens, flip flop type which, at the moment, can't be bought in the UK :)

Alison, have you worn the Athens ones around the parks? I am thinking of buying myself a pair, but wondered ifthe flip flop style is not quite as comfy as the traditional ones? According to the crocshop they will be available in May / June. :thumbsup2

Sara. :)

Normally I'm not a flip flop type of person at all ;-)

Don't think I've worn flip flops since I was about 14!!

However, bought the Athens on our recent Orlando trip and wouldn't look back :-)

Yes, I wore the Athens around the parks, and haven't really taken them off since as I have Athletes foot............................. :rolleyes1

Having tried the traditional styles I decided that I didn't like the feeling of my toes touching the front of the 'clog' style types :-)

Although mine are in my favourite colour pink. I don't think I will be making a fashion statement wearing.

Depends what you wear with them LOOL!! :teeth: :teeth:

I have got some pale blue ones, and wear them around the house and in the garden at the moment. Will probably take them on my hols to Orlando in December, but haven't worn them out of the house here yet :rotfl: I have seen a few shops in Manchester selling them now though, so I think we will start to see more people wearing them soon.

I wear my chocolate brown ones all the time. I would like a black pair but don't want to pay £30 again.

Barratts in Brent Cross are selling something very similar for £13 but did not have my size (4) as they sold out. Another thread on this boards advises that new look are selling similar one for only £8.00, but the two New Look shops I have been in do not.

A man in a shop Oxford Street in London said he would sell me a pair for £23, so will keep looking as we are not off to Orlando until October would like a black pair before we go.

I think I am the only person to be disappointed in Crocs. They weren't uncomfy just not as comfy as I was expecting. My sandals were way better and looked a lot better too.

Saw a child wearing these at Sandord just last week and wondered if they were comfortable as they looked huge on her.

What would worry me would the back stay on or would I be continually pulling it up as I remember, way back when, having to do with sling back shoes :(

oh and daughter has just said, she wouldn't be seen dead with me wearing them, lol

I love my Crocs flip flops but have to say that I didn't find the 'clog' style types to be very comfortable.......... :sunny:
