My feet don't normally sweat heavily, however, they have while wearing my Airwalks in FL. When I came across a fountain (the ones where the kids run through in bathing suits) I would just stick my feet and Airwalks in the water to refresh myself. I always had napkins to dry myself. The rain didn't bother me in the least. At the room I would wash and dry the Airwalks and my feet.

When we go to the local amusement parks I take my anti-perspirant/deoderant stick and spread it all over my feet. It really works to keep the sweating under control. :thumbsup2

Consider using a rock crystal (they sell them at natural food stores for example) - these help keep your feet dry

About a month ago my DH I bought our first pair of Crocs....blue Skutes :thumbsup2 and I love them! Sooooo comfy! :Pinkbounc

Ok - this is what I don't understand.........why are they any better for the parks then running shoes? - I always wear my running shoes and have no problems...I don't even think about my feet. I have crocs...but wear them in the garden and to the pool and stuff, but can not imagine walking around a park in them all day. They are not a snug enough fit for me, not enough arch support..and a bit wide. I just don't get it. Has everyone that thinks crocs are the best thing since sliced bread never owned a nice pair of running shoes?

For me, crocs (I own AirWalks) should be better (I haven't actually worn them at WDW yet) because I won't worry about getting them wet. I hate wet tennies and socks. Also, I have a bunion and the looseness of my AirWalks is a Godsend.

I have never owned a good pair of tennis/running shoes. All mine come from Walmart. :guilty: Probably part of the reason why I have a bunion. But I have always bought men's sizes for the extra toe wiggle room.
