Crocs in July!

I'm a Croc novice and want to wear the Mickey Crocs and lime green Crocs during our July trip. I'm wondering if your feet sweat in the Crocs, and can you wear Crocs without socks? (Socks with Crocs in July just doesn't sound very attractive!)

They can get a little toasty. I'd ditch the socks, but some like to wear them anyway if they are blister prone.

I learned about crocs early last year and decided to buy them for my first trip last June.

I wore socks with my Crocs and they didn't sweat. I would have probably gotten blisters and all sweaty without socks.

Ankle socks are great for Crocs, I highly recommend wearing them!

What about Crocs Athens? My friend wore them last year and she swears by them.

I wore my Croc Athens for 9 days last June & July at WDW. No blisters! These are the only flip flops I've ever been able to wear

I believe the Cleos are available now if I am not mistaken. I just love the color combos!

Like my crocs - with or without socks. When we went in November, I think I wore sneakers with socks some days, Crocs with socks some days and Crocs without socks near the end of the trip when the weather was warm. Not July heat, but 80's. Crocs without socks at the pool is a must. Also for Kali.

I love my Crocs. I have two pairs of Athens. I just adore them for the parks. My feet do not sweat any more than they do in normal shoes.

Hi,
I have 2 pair of Athens, and I Love them, no blisters, no sweat, even convinced DH to get a pair (all black, of course). I also have Caymans, clogs that are available in actual shoe sizes, I wore this with and without socks in December (chilly) with no problem.
Go for it ;o)

I must be strange, I've never worn socks with my crocs. I don't have a problem year round with mine (both mary jane and beach styles) including being out and about in August in Fort Lauderdale

Aren't the Cleos great?! They have been available from www.surfanddirt.com (aka nofeargear.com) for a bit now. And just today, I got an e-mail from crocs.com that these and other new styles are out. It's funny how surfanddirt.com has new crocs offered before crocs.com. I got my Disney Crocs from them before they were availlable directly from crocs.com.
