Crocs ...do they ever come in?

I ordered a pair on crocs online July3,2005. The order status is still showing pending fullfillment. I have emailed them twice and received no reply as of yet. Does anyone here have any experience with ordering from crocs.com? I would really like the shoes before Sept. :/

Well I placed an order 7/26 and I called last week and just wanted to be sure that we would receive them by our Sept 4 trip and she assured me that they were in stock and I would have them this week. Wrong answer, I've emailed them as well and no response. I plan on calling next week because I don't want to be down to the wire and have no Crocs for our trip.

I got mine after 2 weeks I started bugging them daily LOL. I wanted them before the trip so I showed NO MERCY! They were ignoring my email so I started calling after 3 days of no change in status. Good Luck, if you can get them they are so worth it!

It really must depend on what size and color and style you order. I ordered a Nile, size 9, in bright blue and it took a week for them to arrive. I love them!

Hi, I think it must depend on your style, size & color. I ordered my youngest a pink pair from crocs.com and they came within 4 days!(wow, did I get lucky!) I found my 9 yr old some crocs at Sportmart - they didn't sell the smaller sizes so I wound up ordering online for those. They also sell them at Nordstroms.com. I would start checking other places instead of just waiting for the Crocs.com site to send them to you. Good luck!

For what it's worth, my girls both love them & they say it is like walking on sponges.

I also recommend this store. I haven't used their website as we live close to the actual store but I have bought 6 pairs of crocs from them (not all for me!). They have a great range of colors and sizes including kids sizes in stock and they get new shipments every week.

If you are still having problems, let me know and maybe we can work something out where I can get them for you and mail them so you have them in time. I wore mine for a week at WDW in July and my feet felt great!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I just ordered a pair of Niles from Taylor Shoes and the CSR said they would ship today and I will have them in three to four days!!! Yes, they do ship priority. I could not find Niles anywhere near Pittsburgh and was hesistant to order from Crocs because of the slow shipping. We only have the Beach style here at DIck's Sports and I have found that style to be a bit hot. But it is great for my worn-out knees.

Croc's actually emailed me back today saying they did not have the color I wanted in stock and did I want another color. I emailed back a list of 8 colors I would take instead , then they emailed me back the 4 colors I wanted they had in stock. I told them what color I wanted....not to wait and see how long til I get them .

I emailed Crocs yesterday and requested an estimated time of arrival and told them that I would need to have them in the next week or so, they immediately emailed me back and said I should have them by this week. This morning I received an email that they had shipped them and received a Fed Ex tracking #. I'm sooooooooooo excited.

I was just strolling in the mall and saw the Croc's kiosk. I had never tried them myself, but thought my boys would like them. They had every size and every color. They both liked the navy blue and they had them for both DS's (4 & 8). They were $30.00 each (same price as adults, which I thought was outrageous...but didn't stop me from buying them

My boys like them OK, but don't rave about them. My 4yo got a sore worn from the strap "joint" and hasn't been able to wear them at all. My 8yo likes them OK, but will often put his Payless Shoes Source sandals on instead.

I tried the adult sizes and didn't like them at all. I have narrow feet, maybe this is the reason. They were very flat and not comfortable at all. I don't like the way they look either, but that's just my opinion.

I honestly don't know what the big deal is about these shoes. I would never have my kids (or myself) walk the major miles in WDW with them! Only Stride Rite for WDW for kids! And honestly, would not have bought them knowing what I know now.

But with huge demand and sales, there are lots that disagree. Just wanted to chime in with our experience!! Good luck to all waiting.

Wow, thanks alot. I ordered my youngest DD a pair of crocs from taylor shoes and I ordered them late this afternoon and have already received an email from them saying they will be shipped today. Thanks again.

I ordered my Nile Crocs Black size 10 on Friday Aug. 5th and got an email today that they are shipped!!!! I can't believe they are coming so soon!!

My entire family has gotten Crocs this summer. We see them everywhere now. Sportsmart/SportsAuthority now has them and so does Nordstrom. We also saw them at Dick's Sporting Goods and the best was a kiosk at the Mall of America that has every size and color imagined. They even let my DD(12) get the hot pink Croc with the bright Green strap

I couldn't find the Nile in a size 10 (kiosk only had up to a 9) so I had to order mine on line. I'm just glad that I will get them before our trip Aug. 28th-Sept.3.

Look for the family with all CROCS

Crocs are awesome! I have ordered twice from Taylor shoes and I am VERY impressed with their service! My last order I ordered last friday (8/5) and they came yesterday! (8/8) I don't know how they do that!

Its a good thing they have a good product because they are horrible at getting them out. I basically threatened to cancel as well and then all of a sudden they ship.
