Crocs.com return policy

Does anyone know if crocs.com has free return shipping? I'm very unsure if I should order a 6/7 or an 8/9 for my grandson.

Last xmas I got my daughter two pair, bc I was unsure of size. They did have free return shipping then. Hope that helps!

Thanks. I can't decide whether to order them in 2 sizes or take a shot and exchange them if they don't fit. He is 2 and I'm really torn between the 6/7 or the 8/9. They have 25% off and free shipping going on now and these are backordered. I wonder if they would do an even exchange for size if they didn't fit. I'd hate to have to take a refund and then order at full price.

Yes, the shipping is free as mentioned, but I had such a hard time getting them to credit it back to my CC (the refund). Be sure to save all of your paperwork and bug the heck out of them if they don't follow through with the credit. Good luck!

Not in my experience. I bought a pair with free shipping, the site was confusing and I ordered the wrong size. I had to pay to ship them back because it was my error, not their's. This was in May.

I actually just returned 2 pairs last week with free shipping. I haven't recieved my credit back, but I will hound them if I do not.

I just shipped two pair back this morning because they didn't fit and I didn't pay for shipping. However, I am doing mine as an exchange, not a refund.

Their site says you can return them and once a return label is created through their website, you can then reorder your shoes. I got mine on sale and it would have cost twice as much to do that, so I called about exchanging. I have to email the person I spoke with the tracking number so when the shoes arrive they will send my news ones out. I'm guessing they aren't used to doing exchanges, but returns and reorders.

I also saw that it takes up to 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to be issued.

I suspected exchanges might be a problem after reading the return policy. I'm thinking that maybe I should order both sizes and just return the one that doesn't fit.

FYI- my son just turned 2 and he wears a 6/7. He's almost 36 inches tall and weighs about 30, 32 pounds. I was going to get him a new pair or two but it's almost non-croc season so I'm going to wait until spring.
