Crocs.com Question

I placed an order at Crocs.com. I got the shipping confirmation email and reviewed the order online which also says it has shipped. Here's my question - my total for four pairs was $34 and change, but my credit card was only charged $14 and change. Online it doesn't say anything was cancelled or backordered. And the $14 doesn't make any sense for any of the pairs I ordered.

Any ideas? Do you think they only partially shipped my order?

I would try to call them, their customer service people are very nice & helpful.
