Crocs.com customer service problem/questions

Had anyone ever had ANY luck getting a human being to answer the Crocs customer service line (1-303-339-7180)? We have been trying for 2 days! :headache:yikes!

I ordered 3 pairs 0n 6/1 - I received an email that they shipped last week...but my bank account only posted the amount for 2 pairs. I am assuming one pair is backordered. We needed them by the 17th for our trip, so we have been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel the one pair that didn't ship.
Also - one of the pairs that did ship went down in price by $5.00...anyone know if they do price adjustments?
 
Good Luck! I had a TERRIBLE time with them just a couple weeks ago. Took me 2 days to get through...you have to hold for at least 20 minutes. My order was sent to Texas and I got the order that was supposed to go to the guy in TX. I also was leaving on a trip just a few days later. I asked them to please repull my order and overnight it to me because I had ordered them for myself and my kids for a short trip. They told me that fedex won't deliver on Saturday and that she didn't even know if my items were still in stock(she didn't check to see either). Said that she'd have to have fedex pick up from me and the guy in TX and send our orders straight back to us. So, there was no way I'd be getting them for my trip. I still wanted the order so I'd have them for Disney this summer. Anyway, she called back later that day (Friday) and left a message saying that fedex would pick the box up from me on Saturday. I have a hard time believing that fedex will do saturday pickups but not deliver on Saturday! She also said that my order would be here the following Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went, I called back on Monday and told her that my order still wasn't here. Then she tells me that its due to be delivered on Tuesday!! I was mad by then and asked why she had told me that it would be here the week before. The answer was "well, the man in Tx isnt getting his until tomorrow either". So what!!! I asked why they didn't overnight both orders to us since it was their fault, she said that she couldn't do that. I told her that I would never order from them again, that they had screwed up and had done NOTHING to make it right. I also wrote a letter to the CEO and told him just what had happened. I hope I hear something back.

I do have a direct number to Phyllis' desk if you would like it. No hold time that way, you just may get voicemail but she will call back.
 
I had a bad time with them last winter (before Christmas.) Ordered three pairs of various Crocs, and although they were all the same size, they fit a LOT differently. One pair worked. I called, finally got through to someone, and was told that "well, they are all different". Fine, but I expect them to be in the ballpark of the same size, not TWO INCHES difference. Anyway, I had to pay to ship them back and get credit, so I was out that money (around $7.)

I know I expect too much thinking everyone could be like Zappos, a company I've had perfect service from!
