Can I use Ebates if I live outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, as long as the merchant you are purchasing from will ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. All Big Fat Checks are paid in U.S. dollars.

I used a code at disneyshopping.com and then my husband has 3 jcpenney.com purchases in his ebates account and used codes for free shipping (during the free airfare/hotel Docker's promo).

I don't remember exactly who it was, but one of the inkjet places. I used a coupon that was on the company's home page, but didn't get credit for the purchase because the coupon wasn't on Ebates. Kind of a bummer, too, because the rebate would have been about $5.00. I found this from Ebates' FAQ:

"When using coupons and specials at any of our merchants, we can only guarantee your cash back rewards with the use of coupons that are listed on the Ebates site."

So it sounds kind of hit or miss. I'm glad you've gotten credit, and hope it continues for everyone.

I'll remember to avoid inkjet places then. So far, Shoebuy, REI, DisneyShopping and JCPenney work when you use other codes.

Speaking of inkjets - if you need ink this week, Walgreens is doing free refills tomorrow to promote their new machines. You need a coupon, but they have them in the store in the ad. It's Wed. Sept. 12 only.

the www.shoebuy.com/iwon link is no longer taking $10 off anything (maybe we were getting them too cheap!). It's now $10 off $50.

Question about the ebates -- how do they send the check? They never asked for my address info when I signed up?

Actually...A week earlier I had ordered Disney Crocs and got the $10 off my order plus 10% off, and it was only a couple dollars cheaper. Then I tried to figure out how to get the additional $10 off after my order and I couldn't figure out how to get it!! (sometimes I become very computer illiterate!) It could have had something to do with my screaming kids driving me crazy at that moment. Either way, I was happy to be getting my Disney Crocs for less than the price of regular crocs in the local stores!

One of the shops at DL had the pirate crocs for 40% off in adult sizes this week ... not every single store had that price, it was just one store in the area near Blue Bayou.
