Crock Pot Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

I am slowly becoming the Crock Pot queen and wanted to share the recipe I used for this morning's breakfast. The link is below. It came out awesome!

Oooops I guess I misread that one. I gasped in surprise because I thought there was and -ies on the end of Brown. Nope, just Hash Browns.

I will try this one out, but if you are looking to make a hash brown casserole and don't have time to do a crock pot recipe, try this one:

As for crock pot recipes, I've become one with my crock pot lately. In fact, I just bought a new crock pot from Kohls that arrived yesterday. I'll go through my cookbook and pass along the ones I've tested that have passed

I have similar recipie for a casserole We serve it at big family dinners. It's called church potatoes. Only difference is we use cream if chicken soup and we put cornflakes on top of it when we bake it in the oven. BonnieMB and I have found if we leave it uncoiled in the fridge for a day before to co-mingle it tastes even better

Sounds tasty, but BOY did I misread the title of this thread !


I'll bet you could stir a few scrambled eggs into the mixture as well as some cooked crumbled sausage or bacon... Maybe some finely chopped green peppers. Anything you'd put into an omelette, really...
