My wife wanted to know if the croc sandals the one's with the thong not the clog one's were a good idea for the parks because her normal sandals start to hurt her feet after a few hours at the park's. any info would be great!pirate:

I bought hem 3 weeks ago for my trip in 3 weeks. I'm not sure if I'll wear them in the parks all day. They are comfy...but I'm afraid they will bother me if I had them on all day. My birenstocks are much more comforable!:)

I got the crocs thong sandals for my 8 day trip in the beginning on August. I wore them constantly with no problem. I wear thong sandals normally though, so that may be why.

Love them... very comfy... I prefer the Capri's over the Athens as the capri's have the cloth fiber between the toes and the athens have more of a hard plastic... If you havent bought them already there is a site called shoebuy.com; you can also find coupon codes online.... anywho; they give great descriptions and pictures before buying anything...

Hey

My mom wore the croc Athens our entire 12 day trip and never had a single problem. This is shocking considering that we have NEVER been able to find a pair of sandals (alot of sneakers as well) that haven't rubbed her feet. So I say give it a shot (but wear them in first - I wore mine to work just to walk to the copier and stuff and found that with the way I walk they didn't provide enough support in the heel)(btw - when I wore them to Epcot one day I got a blister on the toe thong part but keeping in mind I literally only sat down for an hour for lunch and was walking the entire time 8am to 10pm). I also find they are much cooler that the croc clog things so thats always good for the Florida heat.

I have the Capri's and the Ithaca's. I find the Capri's to be more comfy for walking long distances.

I have a pair of the Athens and love them! They will be going with me on my October trip!

I have the Capris. I don't find them nearly as comfortable as the regular crocs. I had worn them for a couple of months on a regular basis, but the first amusement park day (Six Flags), I got blisters on my toes.

For flip flops I have to recommend Molokini's. This is the only shoe of any type I have worn amusement park walking without blisters or discomfort.

I have 2 pairs of the Athens Crocs and I love them. I wore them at WDW and didn't have any problems. Now the first day I wore my regulars Crocs I got a small blister on my insole, but not with the sandals. I wear them everywhere now. I still can't believe I paid $30/each for them, but definitely worth it.

I must be the only one in the world that LOVES the Cleos. I don't like the thong between the toes -- I have tried, but it just isn't very comfortable for me. Anyway, I have 4 pair of the Cleos and they were great at WDW over spring break 07. I took the Beach or Cayman and never pulled them out of the suitcase. My mom loves the Patras, which are just like the Cleos, but have the mesh-type straps. I have a higher instep and the straps on the Cleos can "stretch out" if you need them to, just like the straps on the Beach & Caymans. Try them - they are GREAT!!!
