Croc sandals comfortable enough to wear in the parks?

I've been wearing my Minnie Mouse Mary Janes all summer. I plan to wear them in WDW in September. They are cute and super comfy.

DH wears his Pirates Crocs everywhere and has worn them in WDW for our 2 trips.

I have worn my normal Cayman Clogs and the Rx Relief clogs around the parks.

They are all very comfortable. I prefer to switch out with my running sneakers halfway through the day. DH seems happy in his crocs day and night.

By the way, looks like Crocs.com has free shipping today. Also, you can get great deals at the Crocs outlet in Orlando. I got my Rx Relief clogs for $5 there!

Does anyone else get sore/tired feet from standing in line? For some reason my feet hate to wait around! It doesn't matter what shoes I'm wearing.:confused3

I resisted Crocs forever, but saw a pair of the Disney Mickey hole ones on sale and finally decided to try them. I wore them on my May trip and could not believe the difference from wearing my tennis shoes. SO comfortable, I wore them everyday. No blisters, no foot pain or back aches. The trip before I wore my beloved K-Swiss, they got me through the day fine, but when I got back to our resort and took them off I was limping around with tired, sore feet. That never happened with the Crocs. I still can't believe it and I'm still wearing them everywhere now.

I too resisted them until I walked into a Crocs store! So far I only have the Adara, but I LOVE them. No blisters all summer. These will be great at WDW and they do not look like I'm wearing Minnie's shoes. ;)

We just returned from our trip, June 22-30. All three of us wore nothing but Crocs the whole trip, and no blisters or aching feet for any of us! My DS11 wore regular beach style Crocs. He picked the ones with the PGA Golf logo on them and said they were quite comfortable. My DD14 wanted nothing to do with "ugly" regular Crocs but found a pair of Capri flip flops in a mango orange color and decided they were cute enough to be acceptable. :) Her feet held up just fine all week. I took three pairs of my Crocs; Mary Janes, Capris, and Cleo. I wore all 3 over the course of the week, but the Cleos the most as they seemed to be the most comfy for me. For WDW, Crocs are the perfect shoe IMO.

I have Trailbreak (must wear with socks)
Are those comfy? I just noticed them and was thinking about buying for my trip. What about the arch support? Is it enough.

I live in the Saffrons, Silver Fox and Olivias here at home. I bought the Celeste Canvas last year for a 12 day Greek Isles cruise and they were ok (wish I had just a little bit more support).

I have the Adara's and wear them with shorts/tees all time around town and to work...the black/silver is so cute. I have the brown/pink too.
I plan on taking both pairs to WDW in sept for alternates for when it rains.
I have new Asics tennies that I love but if it rains...out come the crocs !!:goodvibes

I just don't care what they look like at WDW...the comfort of your feet are way more important than fashion. and the Adaras are super cute sandal style. ;)

WE spent a week in our crocs at WDW in 2007. We all wore either the beach, cayman or mary jane styles. they are so comfy and lightweight, odor free, no worries about getting them wet and no one had even a single blister. I hated the look of them until I tried a pair on and I loved how light they were. The sizes differ by style so definately try on a few different sizes in the the store. I vary from 8s to 9s depending on which style I wear. I find the arch support in the Cayman to be better then the Beach style. I love the Mary janes and usually go down to the lower size in those.

Crocs whether they are the flip flops, caymans, beach, are all we wear at Disney.. Even new gym shoes that have been broken in are uncomfortable after all day long.

What retail stores sell crocs? We leave later this week and I was thinking of picking some up for my kids. My younger 2 have outgrown their's.

I bought a pair of crocs before my weeklong August 2007 trip. I then returned December of that year for a week, and June of 2008 for a week with the same pair. 2-3 parks a day everyday and never did I get a blister, shin splint, or anything.

I recommend them to anyone.

I wore the cleo and patra styles while at disney and they were wonderful. I have given up on flip flops, this is all I wear now.

I saw a ton of them at Dillards, good luck!

Modell's and Dick's have them.... if you have those stores in your area. Most Hallmarks around here carry them also..... and I believe they sometimes have them at Nordstroms and Macys... but that's hit or miss around here.

Crocs Capris flip flops.. wore them the entire week last trip.. no problems! Plan on wearing them again on my upcoming trip

DH wore his Trailbreaks every day in May. He liked his so much that he purchased a 2nd pair in a different color combo. at MCO on the way home. Since then, he's ordered a 3rd pair! (I think he has all the available colors now.) DS (6 1/2) also wore his Trailbreaks and loved them. They did not wear socks.

I have not owned any Crocs prior to this year, but got a couple pairs of the Santa Cruz (croc soles, but canvas uppers) before our May trip. They were very comfortable and, dare I say, cute! I wear them and you can't even tell they're Crocs.

DDs (both 8) wore their Mary Janes (Hannah Montana ones) and were fine. Since the trip, one DD also bought the Trailbreaks in bright pink and the other DD bought a pair of flip flops, also pink.

We should buy stock in this company! :)

Have a wonderful trip!

1 to 2 years ago, you could literally count dozens of people wearing Crocs at WDW in just a couple minutes. This year, during a 4 night stay, I didn't see hardly any. I think they are a fad that has hit its peak. Being a runner and a past and future participant of the Walt Disney World Marathon, I believe that there are no better shoes in the world for walking around the "World" than a good pair of running shoes and running socks (also very important). I currently go with Asics Cumulus 10's.

I wore regular crocs and my feet were in so much pain! They were swollen and blistered. This happened to me and my DM.:scared1:

I recomend flip flops ( a comfy pair, or tennis shoes ):cool2:

While I personally love Crocs and where them everyday even in winter. I would suggest that you trythem before going to Disney. Every shoe needs to adjust to your feet including Corcs and you do not want to do this when you are on your feet all day long touring the parks. I also know people who tried them and hated them. However as Isaid I love my Crocs and hate it when i have to where anything else.

I have always been a tennis shoe believer until my last trip and tried my croc flip flops which i'd only had for three weeks or so. I never wore anything else the rest of the week.

My sister got blisters from her regular sneakers last year. She said she went out and bought Crocs (the ones with the mickey heads for holes) and loved them. She's bringing them again this year.

I was also a bit skepical but she loved them. I have the Croc sandals and love them. I will be wearing them all week.
