Once you have made your initial room only reservation, Has any one every called CRO with additional requests. You know 2nd floor , corner room , court yard view ... ...

Yes you can call CRO after the reservation has been made to request a view or floor.

You can even fax in your request before you arrive. People usually do this 4 days before arriving..
