CRO question WDW agents ??

Since Disney has merged all the CRO and the WDW agents into
where they take both reservations. ,,,,,,,,,,
Anyone know what state or states the agents are taking
our calls from ?
Are they in Florida or California or some other city,,
I was just wondering because one time when I asked
about 3 years ago , the cro said she was in tampa and then
when I asked about 6 weeks ago the lady "oh, we are all
over" different cities in different states. She said she
was in California. I know they make up names to call
themselves but do they make up where they aretaking our
calls too ?

From what I've heard the CRO/WDTC reservation center is in Tampa.

I just got off the phone with reservations and I did ask
that question ,, where are you in Florida ?,,, and she that
she was right in Orlando. I always thought they were
somewhere else too,,
Like Tampa or California ??

When I called to ask some questions about my reservation I was making small talk and asked where they were from and they said Ohio!

There are several locations.

Tampa, Orlando, Ohio, Utah... can't remember the others.

When the hurricane came through, and Orlando and Tampa had to close, the other centers took all the calls.

Yes, where in Ohio? I need a job and wouldn't mind working for Disney. Wonder if they get any benefits like free tickets or special resort rates?

Orlando, Tampa, Houston, and Salt Lake City.

The 2 offical Disney Reservation Centers are in Orlando and Tampa. The locations in Houston and Salt Lake City are used during times of heavy call volume or during emergency situations such as during hurricanes when any of the Fla res centers are shut down.
