Do you book reservations using 407-WDISNEY and reserve with WDTC or do you ask for CRO? I'm booking a room only reservations and see on mousesavers.com you should ask for CRO. Just wondering how everyone else books their WDW reservation.

Even if you call 407-W-DISNEY, there is a chance you may speak to someone from WDTC. Since you are booking a room-only, I would suggest dealing with CRO. WDTC makes everything you book a package, even a room only. They will throw in tickets to Wide World of Sports and call it a "basic"package. When you book with them, you are under stricter payment and cancellation policies, change fees, and you must pay the entire trip 21 days prior your arrival date.

Here are some WDTC *rules*
-cancel less then 5 days to arrival=100.00 fee
-cancel more than 5 days, or make a change that results in a rate change=50.00 fee.
-Additional 100.00 fee if you book airfare with them and cancel
-Final payment due 21 days prior to arrival.

With CRO, you have more flexibility. There are no change fees, you can pay for the balance of your trip when you arrive, and you can cancel up to 5 days before without a problem. If you want to book with CRO, just ask to speak to CRO agent as soon as someone picks up. Hope this helps!

Glad to hear an explanation. Since I'm wanting room only, I'll definitely ask for CRO. The guy that answered was just so bubbly so I chatted with him. He was shocked when I didn't want a package. Will call CRO today!

Thanks again!
