Cro/ms question

Wondering if I can call Member Services about a cash ressie I made through CRO? I called CRO to change a cash ressie at a moderate resort, the 407 #, held for at least 10 minutes and when a cm got on the phone, I was told the system was going through maintenance and they couldn't access any reservations, to call back!
I found that odd, it was about 9:30 am today, I'd think they'd do maintenance over night or something
Anyway, would MS be able to change this since I'm a member, or do I have to wait for CRO?

I think you have to do CRO ressies through CRO.

You must go through CRO. Just as CRO can't make or modify DVC reservations, DVC can not make or modify CRO reservations.
