Are you going during a busy time? That's a consideration in your strategy. If you are at the parks when they open, you may not need fast passes as early as 9 (unless the parks open at 8). Also, you generally don't need to have all of your fast passes in one land at MK. I understand not wanting to criss-cross in the parks, but you could have FP's in multiple lands without having to walk all over the place. Have you read up on priority fast passes to determine which ones you want? Touring Plans has some good lists to get you started, as do the park strategy boards. Consider if favorites will be repeated in your FP selection, as many rides for your age group may not have long standby and others will (Peter pan, 7DMT). You've got some great family-friendly meals planned :)

I think you have great meal choices planned but the meals at 10 and 1030 are right in the middle of prime touring times. With 2 small kids can you do your meals at 8 for pre park opening or 12 so you are ready to start touring with low crowds at 9. Its a bummer to tour for 45 minutes then have to go check in for a reservation. We do similar plans with Rope drop touring and then leave after we eat lunch. You are scheduling 3- 3.5 hours in the park and will spend 1-1.5 of that in a restaurant. I'm a big fan of PPO Breakfast's but I know they are not for everyone.

Thanks for your advice :) We are going over Easter so really busy!

Thanks for your response! I tried for PPO breakfast but they were gone :( We are going over Easter so MK is opening at 8am. Would you still advise switching to lunch? Our breakfast at HS is a day the park opens at 9 though. I could probably change that pretty easily :) My reasoning was to keep our meals as far apart as possible while not having our dinner too late.

Having kids really complicates Disney! LOL!

I think this is smart. Just doing one area at a time and leaving lots of time to rest. You might not need the FP but if you are spending all day in the parks because of naptime, then why stand in line if you don't have to.

Also I'm thinking the parks may change their hours and open even earlier since it's over Easter but who knows :) I did plan my FPs based on touring plans. We have Peter Pan, under the sea, enchanted tales, 7 dwarfs, buzz light year, Winnie the Pooh, pirates, jungle cruise and haunted mansion.

My mother is coming so DH and I are going back one evening for EMH's at MK for splash/space/thunder mountain :) Yay!

Starring Rolls is closed as a heads up.

You cannot walk from AK park to AKL, you will have to transfer busses.

If it is 8am openings I think you will be good like you are. That gives you 2 hours of touring so you will be ready for the break..
