Wednesday 30th departure day :(
My in laws and sister in law have an early flight but my husband and I have an evening flight.
We will not be going into the parks. Any idea what we could do? We were thinking of visiting a few other resorts or something.

On the 28th, you're going to hit MK, Epcot, & Hollywood? You're not going to do much that day other than eat and travel. Several two park days. Lots of travel time built into your schedule.

Well MK is a midnight day on Saturday so we will prolly take a break after sci fi at our resort and head to magic kingdom in the evening. And then Hollywood is open to 11 on Monday. So yes we have a busy day ahead of us. We originally just had Epcot & Hollywood that day but we really want that bog breakfast. My in laws want to eat there & I want to try breakfast & hopefully have the early park entrance. And I also feel like bit of travel time can be a nice break.

First 2 days sound good. Make sure you check out the menu at Akershus first, so everyone knows what is served. I love Columbia House. No need to leave MK to go to DTD, IMO. Personally, not a fan of H&V.Is it Disney jr characters at dinner still? I think you would do better walking to the Boardwalk/Beach Club area and eating a better meal for the same price. Sci fI is another favorite. Not sure when parents are coming, but later might help if they get delayed. I agree with PP and would just stay at EPCOT for the rest of day. There are so many nice QS or try some of the FW booths. Rose and Crown and Coral Reef are both fun choices.

On the last day you could take the bus to MK and monorail hop and eat breakfast or lunch at Akins at the Poly. Or ride the boat to the Wilderness Lodge.

Travel time in WDW can be a long time 90 or more minutes each transfer. I agree, too much travel on the 28th. We are Disney veterans and that does not sound fun and we would not do it. H & V is the only restaurant in all of WDW we will never return to. It was a horrible experience. I would not leave the MK after lunch and go to DTD if you want to be back for BOG for a 5:15 dinner at BOG. There is no direct transportation between any park and DTD. You would have to go first to a resort and then wait for a transfer to DTD. You would just about get there and have to turn around to return. You could experience DTD during your departure day.
