Critique My Plans - Too Many Hops?

Okay, so I picked my FP+ for May, and that changed my general park day plans. Now it seems weird because I have 3 hops and Zero FP+ for Epcot. Am I right in thinking I won't need them? My weekend plans involve meeting some people who are offsite, so their FP+ situation will be dfferent (but we want go to the parks they choose).

The plan:

WED: MK - FP Splash, BTMRR. Space BOG Dinner
All good here

THU: Epcot, hop to DHS around 3PM - FP Star Tours, TOT, RNRC, then F!
Hopping mainly to Catch F! and not leave it for our last day.

FRI: AK - FP KS, EE, Dinosaur, Hop to Epcot around 5PM, Illuminations.
Should I take the FPs for Epcot instead?

SAT: MK - FP Peter Pan, BTMRR, JC, MSEP
Must do MSEP tonight as it did not run on Wed, but overall no issues here.

SUN: DHS - FP TOT, Star Tours, TSMM, hop to MK around 6PM
Going back to MK for late hours - figured we were saturated in MK FP anyway.

Am I cramming it too much? If I don't hop to DHS on Wednesday, we won't get to it at all until Sunday and would have to stay for F! By then, it wouldn't give us much time to close out at MK. As long as I hit Soarin at RD and we can Single Rider TT, should I really need those FP+ for Epcot. I am feeling the pain of not being to schedule more than one park.

Any advice is welcome! Thanks.

If you are an experienced Disneyworld visitor then your plan is fine! Remain flexible in case your priorities change, but your plan looks similar to a plan I would make.

For first timers and those with important priorities or don't miss items, I always advise to prioritize those then see what you can do with the time left.

Hopping isn't needed if you are determined to see everything you can in each park.... hopping wastes time. But if you are like us and always take a mid day break, then who cares which park you go back to?!

AK day even though it is an all day park for me I would change the FP+ you decided on IF you get to AK at opening I think you can probably do all 3 and save the option for Epcot later That being said, the rest of your plans look great to me

Animal Kingdom is not a full day for us either. Our problem every year is Soarin. I can't wait for our trip with FP+ so we don't have to wait hours to get on Soarin. Since we stay in the parks until late - we never make RD. So by the time we get Soarin FPs - we usually have to wait 5+ hours to ride it. That is the only issue with your plans but if you make RD Soarin will be fine.

It doesn't seem like you have too many hops. We do take a break late in the day and then go to the parks open late. Love MK and HS late - we usually can walk on certain rides over and over again.

Enjoy!

I agree with PP that you may have a harder time getting on Soarin etc. at EC than KS and EE at AK. You may want to look into that.

I will Rope Drop Soarin' on my first Epcot day. That Friday we are leaving AK around 4 0r 5 to meet some people at Epcot. Also, I have a Tusker house Breakfast at 8:25 so might miss the prime rideing time at AK.

The thing about Epcot is, that other than Soarin' what Fast Passes do I really need (i will Single Rider TT)? I do feel odd splitting the Epcot day. Originally it was one full day and we were going to DHS for F! after AK closed, but the peopel we're meeting want to do Epcot that night.
