Below is my general Disney plans for my upcoming trip. Ofcourse all of this is very flexible depending on crowds and such. Feel free to critique and offer any suggestions.

Cast:
Me - 29 year old Seasoned Disney Veteran
Girlfriend - 27 year old first time Disney

Saturday, May 28, 2005:
*Arrive at MCO at 7:00 pm
*Take Disney transportation to Coronado Springs
*Check in to Coronado Springs
*Head to DTD for 9:30 pm reservations at Rainforest Cafe
*Head to Pleasure Island for massive amounts of alcohol to celebrate
the end of another semester of post-bac school

Sunday, May 29, 2005:
*Magic Kingdom, 9:00am-6:00pm
*Lunch - Counter Service
*Dinner - Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:00pm
*Nap from 6:30pm-9:30pm
*Extra Magic Hour, MGM 10:00pm-1:00am

Monday, May 30, 2005:
*Epcot, 9:00am - 9:00pm
*Lunch, 1:00pm - Nine Dragons
*Possible nap - 2:00pm-4:30pm
*Dinner, 8:00pm - Alfredo di Roma

Tuesday, May 31, 2005:
*Down day (shopping, swimming, etc.)
*6:30pm - Wolf Gang Pucks Cafe
*9:00pm - Cirque du Soleil

Wednesday, June 1, 2005:
*9:00-1:00pm - Animal Kingdom
*1:00pm-6:00pm - Missed attractions at park of choice
*9:00pm - Fly out of MCO
 
Really looks like your going to have a lot of fun. The only thing that I see as questionable is between your first and second day there. You may want to rethink hitting MK at 9:00 am after a night of partying at DTD and drinking. You may want to think about sleeping in a bit longer and load up on Vitamins and water before drinking heavily. Otherwise have a great vacation.
