Now that I've made all of my ADR's, I'm starting to second guess myself. This is our first time on the dining plan, compared with typically just eating quick serve and having a couple of ADR's per trip. I'm traveling alone with my 6 year old princess. Here's my plans so far, would you change anything?

Day 1 - arrive, no ADR plans
Day 2 - H&V Minnie Holiday dinner w/ Fantasmic package
Day 3 - CRT breakfast (pre-park opening) and 1900 Park Fare dinner (is this too similar for the same day?)
Day 4 - Biergarten lunch w/ Candlelight Processional package (will probably pay out of pocket for this)
Day 5 - BOG breakfast (pre-park opening) and BOG dinner
Day 6 - CRT dinner (may drop this since I have a CRT breakfast on day 3, or keep and drop the breakfast?)
Day 7 - H&V Disney Jr. lunch w/ Fantasmic package
Day 8 - Tusker House dinner
Day 9 - Akershus dinner
Day 10 - no ADR plans today
Day 11- fly home :(

So...tell me what you think please.

Arrival day and departure day can be a fun day to have ADRs, especially if you are not going to the parks :)

I have not been to 1900 Park Fare but I have been to both CRT and Akershus and they have many of the same princesses. If you have a little one, going to CRT and 1900 Parkfare on the same day might get confusing when both Cinderella's don't look the same. If you want to keep your CRT breakfast on day 3, maybe you could get 1900 Parkfare for dinner on day 6 or keep 1900 Parkfare dinner on day 3, cancel CRT breakfast on day 3 and do CRT dinner on day 6. Have Fun!!!

I'd say you only need CRT once. Personally, I'd look a the menu and decide which sounds better to you. My family prefers table service for lunch/early afternoon so we get to sit and take a break in the middle of the day, but that's just us.

Also--I've never seen Fantasmic (planning to go in a few weeks!) Not sure it's worth doing twice on the same trip. Others would be more knowledgeable on that.

Day 1 - okay
Day 2 - okay
Day 3 - I would swap CRT for Crystal Palace PPO if your daughter likes Pooh and friends. If not, I suppose BOG PPO, though I wasn't a fan of that meal there. Keep 1900 Park Fare.
Day 4 - good
Day 5 - If you want CRT breakfast, switch it to here, or if you did BOG PPO breakfast on Day 3, you could do Crystal Palace here to avoid Cinderella overload. Keep BOG dinner.
Day 6 - I'd keep CRT dinner if you dropped the breakfast or swapped it out for BOG or CP.
Day 7 - I wouldn't do Fantasmic twice, but keep the H&V Disney Jr. lunch if your daughter likes those characters.
Day 8 - good
Day 9 - good if you guys aren't "princessed out" by then.
Day 10 - I'd want to end the vacation with a good meal. So maybe push Akershus to here and have Day 9 be your non-ADR day?
Day 11 - :(

Just my thoughts. I love obsessing over people's dining plans. So much more fun than cleaning my house, LOL!

We have a split stay, so we actually won't have dining credits for the first day. I might end up booking something at Disney Springs though, and paying out of pocket. We need to leave for the airport at about noon on departure day, so I think I'll just let my daughter sleep late since she has to go back to school the following day. After such a long trip, I'm thinking she'll need the extra sleep. :)

No, the CRT & 1900 Park Fare are not similar, save the fact that Characters are present. CRT is table service, 1900 Park Fare is buffet. Princesses (at CRT) are relatively humorless, while Lady Tremaine & her daughters are a bit funny at 1900.

We like Fantasmic Package because you have access to best seats in the house (center) for the show. And I might even commit to going twice in case it rains and a show is cancelled. However, if the Star Wars nighttime show is still going on when you are there, then maybe you might consider adding this to your plans instead/in addition to Fantasmic.

Akershus dinner may be the only redundant plan since this would be closer to CRT experience and there is better (non-Signature) food at Epcot. Also, if you want to maximize Akershus dining, go for breakfast so you can be inside the Park to get to the new Frozen experience (like you're planning on doing at BOG).

Thanks for your opinions. :) I've actually been searching for a Crystal Palace meal, with no luck yet. My ADR date was almost a month ago, so I've been tweaking things since then. CRT dinner sounds more appetizing to me than breakfast, but the breakfast has the benefit of being PPO. Decisions, decisions! :) I booked both of the H&V meals as Fantasmic packages, but we're not planning on seeing the show twice. As long as we get to see Fantasmic the first night (weather, etc) I have plans to spread a little pixie dust and give the paper Fantasmic tickets to a random couple in line. Oh...and I'd rather plan Disney trips than clean house too. ;)

Thanks for your opinions, and that's a great point about CRT and 1900 Park Fare. We aren't planning on seeing Fantasmic twice. As long as we get to see it the first night, I'll gift the second set of Fantasmic paper tickets to a random couple standing in line. I'm hoping the Star Wars nighttime show is still going on then, because I'd love to see it. It won't be a replacement for Osbourne Lights (RIP :( ), but it would ease my grief a little bit. Akershus is the thing that I'm really debating the most because it's so similar...but my own little princess is certainly princess crazy. It's so hard to make these decisions so far in advance.

Funny about giving a bit of Pixie Dust with those Fantasmic! tickets.

We had FP+ for Toy Story Mania today and due to technical matters, we had to wait for nearly hour to ride. As consolation, all of us on the line were given a 'hard ticket' FP+ (for anything but Toy Story). We gave our hard ticket to a family attempting to get FP+ at the kiosk.....as we were leaving the Park after finishing our plans.

You've done an excellent job planning.

Enjoy!

P.S. I have some free time right now because it's raining outside. Tonight we dine at our favorite - BlueZoo.

Will you have enough ts credits to cover all of your meals except the one you may pay oop for? Not sure if you are on the regular plan or deluxe one?

Have you thought about Garden Grill instead of Akershus?

I know how difficult it can be to change or get a new BOG but I would try to move one of them to a different day. I love the restaurant and would rather get to dine there on two different days besides do you want to be in the same part of the park in the am and pm?

We have the regular dining plan, so 9 TS credits per person. I did consider Garden Grill. We enjoyed our lunch there last year, except for the ADR time being almost an hour late. I went as far as making a breakfast reservation, but then looked at the menu and realized that I can't eat about half of the food they bring to the table because of some dietary restrictions I must adhere to. So I cancelled it. I have been looking for a different BOG, but I think it's like winning the lottery, lol.
