What I mean is.. are we going to get sick of park hopping to get our dinners?
Can anybody critique my dining plan reservations and tell me somethings that I should change? Thank you so much!

4 adults

1st day: Eating at Victoria and Alberts at 7 PM and then just walking around the various hotels at WDW

2nd day: MGM Studios during the day while going to JIKO at 6PM for dinner and then going back to MGM studios

3rd day: Going to Epcot all day long. Eating dinner at San Angel Inn

4th day: Going to Magic Kingdom during day time. Going to leave late afternoon to go eat Coral Reef for dinner and then going back to Magic Kingdom

5th Day: Going to Universal Studios Islands of Adventure

6th day: Going to Epcot during the day while heading over to MK to eat at Cindys Royal Table for dinner and then staying at MK for rest of the night

7th day: Animal Kingdom during the day and then going to Disney MGM Studios at night time

8th day: Misc during the day while going to Le Cellier for dinner at night time.

How does this sound? I'm just afraid that we'll get burnt out with all the park hopping.

I would be concerned that your Jiko dinner at 6 will run long and if you were planning on being back for 9 Fantasmic you likely will not get good seats if you make it. Jiko can be a lovely leisurely dinner. I will do it the day of your Universal or AK. Park Hopping does give you many options, but you don't want to be running all over the world feeling like you are on the clock all the time. Good luck in your planning and have a fun trip.

I see potential problems with these days:

2nd day: MGM Studios during the day while going to JIKO at 6PM for dinner and then going back to MGM studios

You are not likely to get back to MGM in time for anything. Your meal will be done at 7:30 - 8:00 and then you will probably want to hang around AKL to see the animals. You *might* get back to MGM by 9:00 - 10:00.

4th day: Going to Magic Kingdom during day time. Going to leave late afternoon to go eat Coral Reef for dinner and then going back to Magic Kingdom
Too much hopping, IMO! Eat around the MK or plan on staying in Epcot after dinner.

6th day: Going to Epcot during the day while heading over to MK to eat at Cindys Royal Table for dinner and then staying at MK for rest of the night
This would be OK, but I think that 4 adults may feel out of place at Cinderella's Royal Table.

You might get tired of hooping. I'd suggest that you eat your meal in the park you are planning on being in that day.

I would take your last day and actually use that as a rest day in the middle of the week- and make your Jiko ressie for that day. Take your Le Cellier (from your day 8) ressie and make it for the day you are at MGM- it's much closer to EPCOT then to AKL.

Day 2: I wouldn't leave just to eat and then go back. A big time waster, IMO. Get something at MGM. Prime Time 50's Cafe is a lot of fun.

Day 4: I wouldn't leave the MK just to go eat at Epcot. Again, seems like a big waste of time to me. :) Try The Plaza or Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. If you MUST leave, do the 1900 Park Fare buffet at the Grand Floridian - IMO, it is the best buffet dinner in WDW.

Day 5: Where you going? I vote for Margaritaville! :) My boys would vote for NBA City. :)

Congrats on getting the dinner in the castle!!!!!!! I'd go, grown-ups or not! :)

I agree with others, your 2nd & 4th day are going to be too rushed.

I would not want to give up the ADR at Jiko but if you really want to be back in MGM after, it's going to be tough. If MGM is your priority, I'd suggest Brown Derby. IMO, I would make Jiko a priority it is fantastic!

Why not flip the parks on Day 4 & 6, do Epcot all day then dine at Coral Reef.

On day 6 do MK then eat at Cindy's. I wouldn't worry about being all adults there at all. The place is so pretty & everyone needs to try it at least once!

 Woohoo on V&A, but everything else might be a let down after that!;)

My only other comment is that we have not enjoyed San Angel very much. We have had very poor service there in recent years & the food wasn't all that different from the typical mexican restaurants. IMO on that, you may love it.:confused3
