I did 5 miles last night!
I'll be doing another 5 tonight as well.
I'm starting Jay Robb's fruit flush 3-day diet. For three days I can only eat fruit. I'm excited because I can easily lose 5lbs on this diet. This is the beginning of my lifestyle change. After Friday, no more burgers, fries, soda, or sweets. It's all healthy eating from then on! I'm excited!
I've also agreed to the challenge of drinking half my weight in water (in ounces!) That's about 17 glasses of water and I'm already 4/17 for today! I've already done all my chores and now I can be lazy, until exercise tonight!
