Lunch (REALLY BAD! I just didn't feel well:sad2:)
- 1 apple = 72

Dinner
- chicken fajita pita (Jack in the box) = 300
- side salad = 50
- 1/2 pouch of fat-free Balsamic vinaigrette = 17.5
- 1/2 cookie = 80

Total = 1193.5:scared1:

That is too low for me! I'm going to go eat some fruit and such to see if I can raise that to at least 1500!:scared:

I am struggeling losing 40lbs, but have joined WW to help me. I was just going to do it online, as I have done before, but decided to go to meetings for accountability. :confused3 Guess I just need that right now.

I tried doing again two times! I would start and then get really hungry and get a headache. So now I'm just watching my calories, staying between 1400-1500 and exercising. So that's working for me!

This week already started on the wrong note. I didn't get to go to the gym today because I'm studying for my math final like crazy. I know I'm going to bomb it but I had to make sure I did all the homework and practice exams.

Math is so stressful for me, I'm just no good at it. Sometimes you have to put your school work before yourself, so don't be too hard on yourself. Good job getting your math work done and good luck on your final! I'll send good vibes your way! :goodvibes
 
Hey everyone!

I haven't been on in SOOO long. I was on vacation last Thursday until Tuesday. It was exactly what I needed, I slept in and my tension headaches were greatly reduced but I barely had any activity over there and ate not so good things. But I wouldn't have traded it for anything! It was great seeing my family. I didn't even bother weighing in Saturday.

I have to complete 2 weeks of mileage in 3 days! Tonight I did 8.25 miles and I'm beat.

I tried doing the fruit flush and it's so wierd, it's so hard to keep to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th... time around. So I ate the worst thing, a burger and fries. But don't worry I did get a diet coke :rolleyes::headache: But that's pretty much I ate all day. The rest of the day I had nasty protein shakes.

I had an interview for a job at Kohl's today, they are opening one about 2 minutes from my house. Seriously! It's up the street.

I really felt the burn during tonight's workout, it's been awhile. I lost the muscle definition in my thighs :sad2: I'll have to work double time to get it back!

Happy Friday (now Saturday) to you all. I weigh in (technically) today, later probably around 9-10am. With all that I ate and how little activity I got, I'm hoping to be the same as I was two weeks ago, if not a bit less (I'd love -0.5) I just don't want to gain!

I was able to stop myself and throw away the rest of that forsaken muffin. After eating I bit, intending on eating it all, I saw that it had 700 calories! That's ridiculous, so I tossed it!

So total today, I'm estimating around 1500-1600 calories intake. Not too bad, thankfully.

I burned 520 calories at the gym (completed 6.5 miles)

I'm so excited for tomorrow! We're going to a place called roadrunners
and they have all this equipment and tests to make sure you get the correct shoe for your body. It's really cool. I'll finally own the right kind of shoe for my body, which means less injury!:goodvibes

How's it going??? I know how you feel with making some poor choices, but know they are done and you have better choices ahead of you. :hug:

I am frustrated with my own weight loss, I've lost a little over 4lbs in 4 weeks at WW. They say that I am doing well and losing steady...I want to see a 3lb loss in one week! I too need to make better choices!

Not as bad as I had feared, now I'm back on track to losing!

I went to the gym earlier today, completed 9.25 miles! I'm exhausted and sore but extremely proud of myself. Sadly, I only burned 585 calories, I just don't get it!:headache: Anyways, I'm done playing catch up, I'll be glad for my 12 mile weeks again:lovestruc

If I want to lose 2lbs a week, I need to burn 1400 calories a day. So I'll be reducing my intake and burning 600-700 calories per day. I don't want to focus on the logistics or then I get overwhelmed.

All I know is I have to eat less and workout five days a week.

I only had 1420 calories, which included ice cream (light) and soda (no HFCS!).

I burned 300 calories at the gym (5.5 miles, mostly on the bike)

Very good day!:woohoo:

I'm glad that I planned out my eating accordingly so I didn't have to kill myself in the gym to burn off the crap I ate.
