In one of the promos, you can hear J.J. yell either "Wait!" or "Will!" just before Morgan holds her back.

He quit working for he New Orleans P.D. I assumed he got work up near Quantico or D.C. as a detective.

Yeah I couldn't tell if she was saying "Will" or "Wait" which is why I didn't say anything until I saw this promo. I thought my brain might be making me hear "Will" instead of wait

I thought the reason he quit being a detective was so he could stay home with Henry, since JJ has to be away so much. Maybe not.

I think MGG's new contract will hinge on how many episodes he gets to direct and how much money he wants for doing both acing & directing.

His degree from NYU is in directing. So he he wants to position himself to get as many episodes directing as possible. This way he has a nice reel when CM is over.

I don't think the Reid character is in trouble of being fired off he show, with Prentiss gone next season.

IF they replace Prentiss, I think it will be with a male. That's what the rumor the studio execs wanted when they fired both Prentiss & J.J. last season.

Yeah I'm not too worried about Reid.

I remember hearing that too. Weird that they all of a sudden wanted a mostly male cast. I haven't heard anything about replacing Prentiss yet, so hopefully they won't do it. I really don't think they need to; I think the rest of the cast can support the show on their own, especially with JJ becoming a stronger character this season.

I'm not sure that CM would be so "un-obvious" for lack of a better word. It seems that primetime TV believes the audience to be stupid and therefore shoves clues down your throat. I think if it was Henry and a babysitter we would have been shown a scene where the babysitter says "Come on, Henry. We have to go to the bank today."

Yeah Henry is pretty close to 4 now. In the beginning of the episode JJ asked when she'd really get a day off and Will said in 14 years.

Plus, at the time that lady went into the bank with the stroller(the same time the un-subs went in), JJ was still home with Henry.
