ACMoore has them for half off right now, 99$. Can you make the Mickey fans with the personal?

I assume you could but I think they would be on the small side. If you are planning on putting information on the fans...like using it as a program as well it would definitely be too small.

I have the Personal one and I think the largest you can make the head is 3"...it's good for making smaller things...but probably wouldn't work for the program (Unless you wanted a tiny one).

I'm not completely sure what it does, does it just cut? or print too? Would I be able to print out my Passport invites with it?

The Cricut is a cutter only... for the most part.

The just released a new machine called the Cricut Imagine that also prints-- but not like documents from your computer. It prints lines and colors and patterns on the Cricut images from their cartridges.
