Cricut Opposites Attract question

Is there a way to make a word in just one continuous cut? I was thinking that there would/should be, but just can't figure it out if there is.

If you have a Gypsy or the Cricut Design Studio, yes. But if all you have is the cartridge and machine, then no. This is the case for any of the fonts. However, with the script font, you can lay the letters so it looks like they are connected, but you have to glue them separately.

Can you do the continuous cut with SCAL, too? Because I was leaning more towards that than I was CDS.

Yes - you can do it with SCAL too (I do it all the time)- just using any font you have on your computer. If you want to use the CRICUT cartrige fonts, then you need design studio.

I have design studio - but with this cart - I'd rather assemble the words by hand - my spacing is better!
