Oh My! I can't resist. When does BF start for Walmart? I heard something about them opening Thanksgiving evening? Do the sale prices start then? I will have to make a run for it after Turkey!

The stores will be open all night, but the Black Friday deals do not start until 5am. They will have palates in the middle of the aisles wrapped in plastic. At 5 the employees will cut the plastic and people will start the "snatch n grab". lol Why do I do this to myself every year? Why do I look forward to it?!

Darn! I was hoping to not get up before the sun! My babysitter also works at Walmart, but not the one closest to me. Maybe she can do some spy work for me! Like see how many they get in. I was in the other day and they only had 2 of the regular E on the shelf, so I would assume they would get several more of the new "colorful" one. I wonder if I get there by 7 am if I could still get my hands on one. I am so not a morning person. DH said he would go over and pick it up early but he has to work that day and works a 12 hour shift and doesn't get home till after midnight. I don't want him to be exhausted at work, he's an RN.

Oh-I hope to snag one. I don't care what color. I had a baby bug that I sold last year & all my carts. DH talked me into selling it since we were having $$$ problems (& I really wanted the big E later). But since then we have paid off everything but our house- I'm SO getting one!I can't wait! I'll get there about 3am & scope em out.

So I might have DH convinced on this one. I am trying to turn my volunteer job into a paid one and if I do I had decided that I am getting the E. DH said he might get me one anyway! I hope so! If I can get one I would like either red or black. I think black because the green inside looks great!

If I get one should I sell my baby bug or keep it to take to crops?

I sold my baby bug on Craig's List. I found a big tool box at Lowe's to carry my E in to crops. I look like a plumber going to fix a leak when I bring it in, but it works

Good Idea! I do not do crops very often, but I do not want to look like a pack mule when I do.

A friend of mine got a big tool bag at Home Depot for her E. The machine fits great and there is extra room for her carts.

Cool, if I get it I will definitely need to look at storage options. Most of the crops I do are with our scrapping club at church. Most of the ladies there are into Creative Memories, just 1 or 2 others have the baby bug. They always stare at me anyway because I have my Cricut, gypsy, and power strip. Who would have ever guessed that scrapping would have required a power strip?!

My "sweet" Labrador Retriever helped herself to the power cord for my Baby Bug that I left on the kitchen table when I went to work. She chewed off both ends! The replacement cost for the powercord is $30 plus shipping from the cricut site. I figure I can get the Big E (which I've been wanting for MONTHS now) for $188 at Wal-Mart, and minus the cost of a new power cord, the "real" cost is about $150. How's that for math. Good dog, Augusta! Now, I'm hoping that they will have some around 0700 because I just couldn't bear to get their at 5 and get run over by all those crazy people that will be lined up outside the store...

One change from the regular bundle, they swapped the Accent Essentials cartridge for the Solutions Serenade cartridge. That cartridge shows as not yet available on cricut.com. It still has the Platin Schoolbook cartridge.

I am a bit disappointed in the swap since I don't see me really using the Serenade. May have to hit E-Bay to get the Accent Essentials.

Cool! I looked at an E at the store last night but did not see what carts were included. I do not have either of those carts.

AE is also available with Cricut rewards points if you've accumulated any. I believe it's 800 points. The rewards program has really improved a lot lately. I've ordered on a Sunday and had my items by Thurs. on 2 occasions recently.
