Cricut cartridge rebate questions

I bought the Cricut expression and did the necessary steps to get the rebate of Printing 101 and My Community cartridges. This was back in November. It says it would take 6-8 weeks for processing, but I still haven't received them. I emailed Cricut, but the it came back undeliverable; the address wasn't correct. Has anyone received theirs? I know if anyone can answer my question, someone here can!
 
I didn't do the rebate but here is the info from their website, you might have better luck if you call.

I didn't bother with it because I've heard ProvoCraft has some spotty customer service. But good luck! Let us know if they assist you.
