Cribs or playards

I've seen threads where people have talked about getting a playard in their room. Are cribs available too? We are staying at CR in a few weeks and I don't think my almost-2 year old could sleep in a playard (too small). Also, I am assuming there is a charge, what is it?

From what other people say, the resorts mostly provide pack and plays, but when we were at Beach Club in November 2004 we were given a small portacrib (it wasn't a full size crib). We brought our own pack and play to Pop Century last fall, so I can't report what our experience was last fall.

I haven't used this company, but many people have posted that they have rented things like full sized cribs, strollers, etc. from A Baby's Best Friend (www.abbf.com). You could also request bedrails if you are comfortable with your child sleeping in a regular bed. We're bringing our own pack and play again on our upcoming trip, but we are requesting bedrails as well in case DD has trouble sleeping in her pack and play this time.

To my knowledge, there is no charge from WDW for cribs or bedrails.

Can you request bedrails from mousekeeping? If your toddler will sleep in a bed, this would save you a lot of room.
