Crestwynd Bay

Can anyone give me any information on Crestwyn Bay. I have found a 3 bedroom condo for an excellent price that I don't want to pass up.
We will be in Orlando for 15 days, we will spend 4 days at Disney, a day at Sea World, still planning the rest. On the days where the kids just want to hang at the pool I want to be sure that where ever we decide to stay that they are not bored.

We drove by this place on our last trip, and the location is very convenient to the parks.

Thank you for your quick response. I know you said you only drove by, but did it look like a nice kid friendly area? I have a 7 and 9 year old and just don't want them to be bored when we arn't at Disney or out and about.
