Began using them yesterday--so did twice yesterday and twice today already...my front teeth are feeling a little tingly (like cold is hitting them).

Has anyone ever had this happen.

I must say that after only 2 days--like the grand improvement in appearance :)

This is exactly what happened to me, so I had to stop using them. I know this is very common, but it was unbearable. I guess my teeth will never be sparkling white :guilty: . Oh well, a girl can dream. :bitelip:

I already have sensitive teeth and I have heard that whitening makes them more sensitive so I have never tried it.

They made my teeth sensitive as well. My dentist recommended using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth for a few weeks before and while using the white strips.

Also, try using them only once a day. I bought a peroxide gel that you use with the trays that was in a high % of peroxide. I just couldn't use it! If I had bought a lower % of peroxide, I might have been OK.

(Aren't they amazing though?!)

Which Crest Strips are you using? I think there's Premium and Nighttime and maybe one more.
