Hello, I believe there was one in the P&G coupon insert in the sunday paper 2 weeks ago. As for a printable one - I don't have a direct link to one at the moment, but check out my blog at http://www.couponclippingmom.com I have Google coupon links displayed on my site (they are revolving ads, so they vary at different times), and there have been Crest Whitestrips links there many times. I also have links to other great coupons!
