Crescent Lakes Villa

I am looking to rent a home Dec 27-Jan 8. The one that I am most interested currently is in Crescent Lakes. Orlando Palm Villas owners Tom & Rosemary Bellin. They have five homes and have rented for 10 years. Has anyone had any dealings with them? They have offered 5 bedroom for $2010.pool/spa heat included. She told me that with the current economy they have lowered their prices because their costs are lower than most and can afford to at the moment. Anyone have any info on these homes or Crescent Lakes would be appreciated. I know that it is down Poinciana but I want the east side.

Crescent Lakes is down Poinciana but about 8/10 miles down from the 192 There is not much down there. There are a number of closer and newer communities on the east side. Terra Verde, Cumbrian Lakes and Lake Berkley are all newer gated communities. You could probably get a villa for the same price or cheaper on these communities. Try www.villas2000.com
