The first I'd ever heard of this was on an episode of Family Plots last week - a rather unique way of remembering your loved one and having them with you always..

I wasn't sure if such a place even existed so I did a web search to find out.. Interesting, isn't it?
 
It is interesting. But sooo expensive! I wish they offered more colors too like teal or pinks maybe.

No, but I could definitely see my DD doing it after I'm gone.. We each have a small polished brass urn that contain some of my DH's remains and I had told her that when I die, I want her to mix some of mine with his and sprinkle them up here at the lake.. Now I'm thinking "we" (DH & I) would make a lovely blue diamond, DD's favorite color.. :flower:
