I would love to have my ashes put under my brick in the esplanade! In fact, Disney could make a bundle charging everyone who bought a brick to be able to do this. I'm surprised they haven't thought of this money making idea yet!

Maybe because disneyland is about youth and life and happiness not about death and coming to mourn your loved ones laying underneath brick that people walk over daily.

I also think writing an article that puts this in a sympathetic light is downright irresponsible journalism as it is illegal and not encouraged by the park or any of the visitors. .

I see nothing wrong with human interest stories, but I can appreciate where you are coming from with your statements, too. I just think in todays (not so perfect) society that it's a lot to ask. Honestly, I would wonder if throwing ashes in the pacific ocean couldnt get you slapped with a littering fine?
