Credits/Menu Items?

I thought I remembered reading somewhere that if you go to a restaurant on the Dining Plan and do not like the desert you may skip desert and order something else from the menu (drinks, appetizers..).. now I cannot find that stated anywhere. Whats the deal with that, how does it work?

We also Will have a few extra QS credits.. what can we do with those? Can they be stacked or something?

You can't get an appetizer instead of dessert. If you don't want dessert, you can ask for a drink instead-but it's up to the CM/restaurant if they will allow it.

The TS restaurants have a fruit plate for dessert (at least the ones I went to did).

The CS credits can be saved. You won't be able to get more than what is listed on your KTTW card in one transaction.

No you cannot substitute dessert for appetizers and most will not sub a drink either.

The DDP has gotten alot "tighter" than in years past, sorry. The info you heard or seen was probably from long ago.

Also the CS "stacking" you are referring, I assume you mean if you have 2 or 3 CS you can trade for something like a TS or ??? No you can't do that either.

How can you have both TS and QS credits? I thought it was one or the other? If you are at someplace like Pop Century or All Stars, they will let you eat your meal and come back and get your dessert -- especially helpful if you want something like ice cream.

Even for the CS you NEED to get the entree, drink and dessert. You can't just get (for example) a drink and dessert. I tried last year and they told me 'no'. I even told them the entree was just going in the trash. They didn't care.

DUH, that's right. I was thinking about the Deluxe Dining Plan. Hum, no icon that thumps you on the head.
