Credit where credit is due

I had to call MS for the first time in about 8 months and was expecting a lengthy wait. I was caught off guard when someone answered instantly. It was a pleasant surprise, and they deserve credit for finally fixing the long wait issue.

I agree with credit when due! Happy to hear your news. I stayed one night at the Poly last week and was happy to have a lake view room ready for Checkin before noon! I made sure to fill out the survey.

Same experience for me recently…was so shocked I kept asking if I was connected to a cast member!
