Credit Question

I tried searching threads, but couldn't find a direct answer to what I wanted to ask, so here goes!

On an upcoming trip in May, DH and I are going to WDW with 2 of our friends. We have purchased the regular DDP. One night we are all planning on dining at California Grill. Can 2 of us pay OOP for our dinners while the other 2 use the dining plan credits for their dinner (we'll all be at the same table). Do we just let the server know?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yup this should not be a problem just let the server know when you get there and remind them when you ask for your check!

Technically you are not supposed to use your credits to buy meals for anyone not on your reservation, so we won't go into which two you want to use credits to buy.

But not everyone at the table has to use DDP to pay. Make sure your server knows at the outset which meals are being paid for with DDP and which are not, so they can be rung up properly.
